Lower speeds may affect audio and video streaming, access to certain websites and content, or the use of applications. Plans including Unlimited Data may be placed on hold to confirm data usage complies with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) when the threshold outlined in the service plan details has been met. Customers using data consistent with AUP may receive unlimited additional data in 500MB increments for the rest of the month by contacting Customer Service at (855) 392-7747.
